Transaction Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and highly capable Transaction Manager to join Ocean BMW Plymouth. This role presents an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive who is ready to progress their career within the business.

Your role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer outcomes through the FCA compliant sale of finance, insurance, warranties and Additional products.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Comfortable working to deadlines.
You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
Strong attention to detail and compliance.
A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
Excellent customer management skills.
