We are looking for a Mobile Security Officer based at St Austell.
Responsibilities:
- Patrolling St Austell and surrounding areas using a company vehicle
- Conduct regular inspections of the area to identify any safety hazards or violations
- Respond to alarms
- Ensure locations are locked and secure
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Requirements:
- Valid Door Supervisor or Security Guard SIA licence
- Valid UK Driving licence
- Proven work experience as a Mobile Security Officer or similar role
-Basic level of Computer Literacy
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and first aid techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
This role is specifically night shifts between 17:30 - 05:30.
Whilst this role is advertised as a Fixed term contract, we do have an ongoing need for staff at other sites across Cornwall as well so please do get in touch if you are interested in other roles aside from this or would be interested in working different sites once this role has ended.
