Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Site Manager to oversee daily operations at HPB Duloe Manor on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a vibrant hospitality environment, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction throughout the tenure. Duloe Manor has 40 self catering apartments and cottages along with full leisure facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the hospitality team to deliver outstanding guest services in line with organisational standards.
Coordinate daily operations, including reservations, event planning, and service delivery.
Ensure the venue maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation at all times.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to optimise efficiency and morale.
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Monitor financial transactions related to operations, including billing and invoicing.
Implement health and safety protocols in accordance with current regulations.
Support marketing initiatives to promote the venue’s offerings and maximise customer engagement.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the hospitality sector or similar customer-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of guest services standards and best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff members.
Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings and weekends if required during the contract period.
Previous experience in event organisation or venue management is desirable but not essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase leadership skills within a vibrant hospitality setting while ensuring memorable experiences for our guests during this maternity cover period.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
