Digital Dental Technician / CAD Designer

We are looking for a motivated, detail-driven Dental Technician or CAD-experienced team member to join an exciting and growing digital dental business based at Dental Beauty Greenhithe.
This is a full-time opportunity to become a key part of a modern workflow focused on the production of retainers and whitening trays for clinics across the UK.
You will be working closely with the two founders of the business and will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities to grow with the company. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys digital workflows, takes pride in precision, and wants to be part of something being built from the ground up.
The role
Your main focus will be the day-to-day production and management of retainer and whitening tray cases.
This will include:
- Handling incoming orders from clinics
- Designing models using CAD software
- Preparing and managing digital workflows
- Manufacturing retainers and whitening trays
- Finishing, checking and packaging appliances
- Shipping completed cases to clinics
- Helping maintain an efficient, high-quality production process
Who we’re looking for
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Dental technicians
- Junior technicians
- People with CAD experience
- Individuals with digital dental experience
- Someone hands-on, organised, and quick to learn
The most important qualities are:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management
- Confidence using digital software
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in retainers or whitening trays is helpful, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
