We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team based in Burleyi. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive up to £29000 per annum salary. .

Key responsibilities of our Commis Chef:

Cooking and preparing food

Ensuring the working area is clean and tidy at all times

Checking off food against delivery notes and storing appropriately

Ordering food

Working alongside the kitchen brigade to ensure risk assessments are adhered to at all times and external scores are kept over 80% at all times

Any other tasks within the post holder’s capabilities as and when requested by the Head Chef and Hotel Manager and his/her staff
