The Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll represent the BT brand and work closely with SMEs across London . After completing BT’s Academy training (earning a globally recognised qualification), you’ll be equipped to confidently promote BT’s full product portfolio.
The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting BT's products and services. Key tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, providing customer support, and preparing sales proposals. The role also involves working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage key accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Identify new business opportunities through account management

Close sales via phone and email, driving revenue growth

Up-sell and cross-sell across BT’s product suite

Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service

Proficiency in sales strategies, market research, and lead generation

Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of technology products and services is a plus

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
