Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a broad caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters and cohabitation disputes
- Delivering high standards of client care with empathy, professionalism and commercial awareness
- Supporting the development and growth of the family offering in Chester
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each matter
- Handling files efficiently and in line with regulatory and internal compliance procedures
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider family team and other offices when required
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Taking an active part in networking, marketing and business development initiatives
- Helping to strengthen local connections and professional relationships in Chester and the surrounding area
