Summary
We are seeking dedicated Care Home Domestics to join Sylvan House Residential Home in Wirral. In this role, you will support our caregivers by maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is vital in helping us uphold our commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties within care home to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support care staff by ensuring communal areas and bedrooms are clean and organized.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with laundry and other domestic tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy at all times.
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Compassionate attitude aligned with our company values.
- Experience working in healthcare or residential settings is a plus but not essential.
