About Us
RAW Kids Gymnastics launched in 2021 and has quickly grown into one of the most exciting programmes on the pre-school and foundation gymnastics scene.
Our Brislington-based franchise is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our growing team as we add more classes to our timetable.This is a flexible, self-employed role—weekend work only for now—making it ideal as a side hustle alongside studies or other commitments.
- Minimum commitment: 1 weekend per month
- Flexible working: Saturday and/or Sunday options available
- Rotating schedule based on team availability
- Weekend sessions only at present, with potential for midweek hours in the future
Current Working Hours:
- Saturdays: 10:00am – 1:00pm
- Sundays: 9:30am – 1:30pm

What We’re Looking For
- Some basic gymnastics or coaching experience
- Great with young children (pre-school & early years)
- Lives relatively local to Brislington / Bristol area
- Full UK driving licence + access to a car
- Aged 18+
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, engaging pre-planned gymnastics sessions
- Create a positive and supportive environment
- Encourage children’s confidence and physical development
- Represent the RAW Kids brand with energy and professionalism
