Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. A passion for retail management and a commitment to achieving sales targets are essential.

Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
