Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Overview:
KDW Property Services LTD is a family run property services company based in Poole. We are a growing company looking for a talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and has a strong work ethic.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with trades and customers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Manage and oversee subcontractors' work performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management
- Coordinate with project managers and onsite operatives.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Keep up to date with applicable documentation.

Skills:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects.
- Strong leadership, management and IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
- SSTS / SMSTS is preferable however, not required.
