Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, assisting clients with their enquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication and analysis skills within a professional environment, contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customer base.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
Utilise Salesforce to manage customer accounts, record interactions, and track service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers receive personalised assistance.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
Assist customers with transaction processing, including payments and account updates.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in accordance with company policies.
Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Previous experience within financial services or related sectors is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
