Location: Based between head office and project sites across Kent, with regular travel required.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our established Special Projects team, supporting the delivery of fire compartmentation construction works within live healthcare environments.
This role forms part of a long-term contract delivering construction works across hospital sites in Kent. You will play a key role in coordinating projects efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards, while helping to maintain minimal disruption to clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design and manufacturing drawings for door sets, ensuring timely review and approval.
- Programme construction activities in close collaboration with site teams to support efficient delivery.
- Liaise with clients, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to plan and coordinate works.
- Coordinate associated construction activities, including fire stopping, dry lining and electrical interfaces.
- Support the delivery of projects in line with company procedures, industry best practice, and statutory requirements.
- Complete all administrative and coordination duties associated with the role, ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day project support.
- Promote and help maintain the highest standards of delivery in Health & Safety and quality across all project activities.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Relevant experience within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Competence in Asta Powerproject.
- HNC (or equivalent) in Construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within live healthcare or similarly sensitive environments.
