Farm Shop Leader.
An exciting opportunity has arrived for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a background in food retail to oversee the day to day running of our busy farm shop at Meadow Grange Nursery. Set within the retail shop, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, excellent planning skills and a passion for food. You will be responsible for ordering stock, minimising waste, ensuring all food safety legislation is adhered to, while delivering the highest levels of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
The successful candidate will work closely with our café team to ensure sufficient stock is ordered and any wastage is kept to a minimum.
The working week is fixed at Sunday - Thursday, with Friday and Saturday being the days off.
Overtime is available during busy periods.

Person specification:
· Experience in a similar role desirable. (Food hygiene certificate level 2-3 desirable) Onsite Training can be given.
· High standards of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
· Presentable with good people skills and an strong eye for detail.
· Hard working person who can multitask.
· Great customer service.
· Work unsupervised and as part of a team.
· Great communication skills.
· Can do attitude
· Good time management.
