Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Glass Collector/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests receive their food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organised workspace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Must be available on weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

Collect used glasses, dishes, and utensils from tables and bar areas, maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue
Deliver food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen or bar to designated tables or areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Replenish supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing debris and sanitising surfaces regularly
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service delivery and address guest needs promptly
Support the overall organisation of the venue by ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work during busy periods, including evenings and weekends as required
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to team success
Previous experience such as hotel work, barista roles, serving, or similar positions will be considered an asset
