Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pick Your Own Farm Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our farm's commercial and operational activities. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines farm operations, team supervision, stock management, customer service, and administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the farm while maintaining high standards of organisation, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the farm site as required.
Handle cash transactions and complete end-of-day cashing up procedures.
Support the day-to-day running of the commercial side of the farm.
Place orders and manage supplier deliveries.
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and maintained to a high standard.
Supervise daily farm operations and support team members as required.
Assist with social media management and content creation to promote the farm and its activities.
Carry out general farming duties and provide operational support when required.

The ideal candidate will be:

Organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
Confident in supervising a team and overseeing daily operations.
Comfortable handling cash, stock control, and administrative tasks.
Flexible and willing to work additional hours during busy periods.
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
Able to adapt to a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Interested in farming, agriculture, or rural businesses.
