This is a rare opportunity to join Dr Kasia, a well-established boutique medical aesthetics clinic in Sale, Cheshire, known for delivering natural, results-driven treatments with a strong focus on patient care, skin health, and luxury experience.
Following continued clinic growth and the upcoming launch of an exciting new laser platform, we are now looking for a second Skin Therapist to join our growing team and help support the next phase of expansion.
About the Role
You will work alongside our existing Skin Therapist and Dr Kasia to deliver exceptional patient care and advanced skin treatments within a supportive, collaborative, and highly professional environment.
Your role will involve delivering:
- Advanced facials and bespoke skin treatments
- SKINSTORM facial protocols
- Microneedling treatments
- Skin consultations and Observ skin analysis
- Supporting the launch and delivery of our new laser device and treatment menu
Full training will be provided on all clinic protocols and devices. However, previous experience working with lasers or energy-based devices would be highly advantageous.
This role would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about skin health, enjoys building patient relationships, and wants to grow within an ambitious, forward-thinking clinic.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an aesthetics or skin-focused clinic
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare ingredients, and treatment planning
- Experience treating a wide range of skin concerns and conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for skin health and patient results
- High attention to detail and a professional, calm manner
- Willingness to learn and develop within advanced aesthetics
- DBS check required
Highly Desirable
- Experience with laser or light-based devices
- Experience with advanced facials, microneedling, peels, dermaplaning, or skin devices
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and skincare recommendations ethically and professionally
- Interest in contributing to clinic growth, content creation, and social media marketing
