Full job description

We are recruiting an experienced GP Receptionist/Administrator. Ideally you would have worked in a GP practice before, if not you would have worked in a similar NHS setting. You will be a quick learner and have great people and IT skills. You will be trained to work in all areas of the reception and admin so you must be able to multitask, this will include and not limited to, EMIS, Docman10, e-referral's, booking patient appointments and dealing with a wide range of enquiries, repeat prescribing, registration of new patients etc. Ideally we are looking for someone to work 29 hours a week over 3.5 days and you must be flexible as the practice is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and you will be asked to cover a number of different shifts.
