Duties
- Provide a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Perform various beauty therapy services such as makeup application, waxing, and skincare treatments as required.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or colours.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Promote salon services and retail products to maximise client engagement and sales.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications.
- Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour coordination and style.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of treatment delivery.
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- +3 years of experience in Nails.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing learning.
