Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on a pivotal role in driving our Learning and Development initiatives at Allign Limited. This position focuses on enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective training programmes and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
Facilitate engaging training sessions using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments, adjusting content as necessary to maximise impact.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Learning & Development role or similar, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various levels of the organisation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
Relevant qualifications in HR, Education, or a related field are preferred.

Nice to have

Experience in coaching or mentoring.
Familiarity with performance management processes.
Knowledge of digital learning trends and technologies.
