Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Barstaff and become the heart of a lively, welcoming environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service at the bar and dining areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or creating a fun atmosphere, you’ll play a key part in making each visit memorable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling specials and beverages to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food preparation, serving, and handling
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and workstations throughout your shift
Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and positive interactions
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic culinary practices is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, tips, and order calculations
Experience with upselling menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue potential
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
