We are seeking an exceptional Butler to join the team at Claridge’s.

Butlers
Blending tradition with modern luxury, our dedicated Butlers care for our guests with grace, precision and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Butler at Claridge’s, you will become a discreet, intuitive presence, anticipating needs and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. As Butler you will be responsible for:
- Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- The operation of our luxury feature suites, including serving food and beverage, organising private dinner parties, taking care of guest’s laundry including unpacking and packing of guest’s luggage.
- Ensuring the smooth running of all services and facilities by liaising with other departments to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
- Building rapport with each individual guest, in order to create emotional bonds.
Successful candidates for our Butler opportunity will:
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Have immaculate personal presentation.
- Strong Food and Beverage knowledge.
- Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment; however, this is not a prerequisite.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
