As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Foreman to join our team and help drive the business forward.
What We Offer

The Opportunity
This role is about far more than cutting grass and trimming hedges.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to improve gardens and lead their team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of high-quality private gardens, ensuring exceptional standards are achieved every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a small maintenance team
- Delivering high-quality horticultural work
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Identifying additional works and preparing quotations
- Planning daily workloads and managing time effectively
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Supporting the growth and reputation of the business
Taking Pride in the Details
The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the presentation and organisation of both their vehicle and the company yard.
We believe that tidy vans, organised equipment and a well-presented workplace reflect the professionalism we provide to our clients. Our foremen are expected to lead by example and help maintain these standards throughout the team.
The Person We Are Looking For
You will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in garden maintenance and/or soft landscaping
- A full UK driving licence
- Good horticultural knowledge
- Experience preparing quotations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
