Full job description

We are looking for a marketing executive to join our dynamic team.
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting on diverse and varied marketing projects.
Your main duties will include:

Overall responsibility for the company marketing strategy and branding moving forwards.
Support the marketing campaign planning process including asset delivery.
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across agreed channels.
Developing and implementation of the internal marketing initiatives.
Working with the sales teams to produce weekly email marketing campaigns.
To manage the company website, Facebook page, LinkedIn page, Twitter page to effectively drive sales. Writing copy for multiple marketing activities including web, email, research articles and print.
Monthly advertorials in trade publications and local business press.
Producing marketing materials (leaflets, business cards)
Reporting directly to the company directors.
Attending and preparing marketing events – in house and external

Experience & Requirements

2 years’ experience in a Marketing role
Experience in both marketing design and communications
Familiar with various software packages to create effective company branding and brochures
Social media savvy with an understanding of how to drive content and followers
Previous demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role or a recent graduate.
A creative and strategic thinker
Experience in internal and external communications
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and set expectations
Working knowledge of social media and campaign planning.
Strong communicator, ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels and lead meetings.
Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms including SEO & Email Marketing.
You’ll have a data focus and enjoy research, using Google Analytics to understand and monitor performance.
Website design and development
Good Microsoft Office package knowledge
CRM knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work during weekends
