Changing lives isn't just what we do – it's why we exist.
MindWorks360 is a growing Scottish employability and skills provider committed to helping people overcome barriers, build confidence and progress into sustainable employment.
We're looking for exceptional ESOL professionals to join our growing Associate Delivery Team. This is more than a traditional ESOL teaching role. Our coaches use English language development as a practical tool to help people prepare for work, build confidence, understand workplace culture and develop the communication skills needed to succeed in employment.
Rather than delivering purely academic ESOL, you'll coach learners to develop vocational language, workplace communication skills, confidence, motivation and an understanding of UK workplace culture, enabling them to progress into sustainable employment.
We'll provide comprehensive training in the MindWorks360 coaching model, our proven delivery methodology and our formula for success. You bring your ESOL expertise. We'll help you become an exceptional Employability Coach.

Successful applicants will join our Associate Talent Pool and will be offered part-time, self-employed assignments as new contracts are secured.
Assignments are delivered within professional training venues and community settings across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Scotland's Central Belt.
Delivery hours vary depending on the requirements of each individual contract and will be clearly agreed before each assignment commences.
