A minimum of NVQ Level 3/HND Beauty Therapy Required!

Main duties
- Perform the agreed treatments to a high standard. Full training and certificates can be offered on our advanced skin treatments, however this is not an essential part of position if right candidate specialises in other treatments.
- Perform and enjoy nails (we work with CND Shellac & The Gel Bottle/BIAB), waxing, brows and lash lifts although not essential.
- Perform and enjoy facials, relaxing and massage treatments although not essential.
- Perform and enjoy laser hair removal, hydrafacial, advanced skin treatments although not essential a full training can be offered.
- Provide the highest standard of product knowledge to inform and educate clients in the treatment room.
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments and promote monthly offers.
- Assist with social media activities to promote brand awareness.
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend products to clients post-treatment.
- Maintain our high standards in the treatment room and throughout the salon.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with reception on occasion although not essential.

Pay: £31,200.00-£35,000.00 per year
