About Us

Ivory Tuition Club is a growing tutoring centre based in Edinburgh, helping primary and secondary school pupils build confidence in Maths, English, Sciences, 3D printing and Coding. We have a strong local reputation and an ambitious plan to grow our presence across Edinburgh. We are now looking for a creative, switched-on Social Media Marketing Assistant to help us reach more families and make Ivory a household name in the city.

The Role

You will take ownership of Ivory Tuition Club's social media presence across Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, create, and publish content that speaks directly to Edinburgh parents. You will also help us grow our online visibility through community engagement, local outreach, and basic SEO activity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants real responsibility from day one.

What You Will Be Doing

Planning and scheduling weekly social media content across Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Writing captions, creating graphics, and sourcing images that match the Ivory brand
Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Growing our following through community engagement and local hashtags
Monitoring performance using Facebook Insights and Google Analytics, and reporting on what is working
Supporting blog and website content updates on WordPress
Researching local events, partnerships, and opportunities to raise brand awareness
Liaising with the admin team to keep content aligned with term dates, promotions, and news

What We Are Looking For

Genuine passion for social media and digital marketing
Strong written English and an eye for engaging content
Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook pages (personal or professional)
Basic graphic design skills, ideally using Canva
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Knowledge of Edinburgh is a plus

What We Offer

£10 to £14 per hour depending on experience
Flexible part-time hours (approx 10 to 20 hours per week)
Hybrid working: mix of remote and in-person at our Minto Street centre
