Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Beautician to operate as a self-employed professional. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build your own client base while delivering high-quality beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a self-employed beautician, you will be responsible for providing customised beauty treatments in a professional setting, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

Perform specialised beauty treatments - lash extensions, lash lifts, brows, makeup and other cosmetic services tailored to individual client needs
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised beauty advice
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Manage your own schedule, appointments, and client records efficiently
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times

Experience

Proven experience in beauty treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and offer suitable recommendations
Previous experience working independently or as part of a team is advantageous but not essential
A recognised qualification or certification in beauty therapy or related fields is preferred but not mandatory

This role offers the flexibility of being self-employed, allowing you to manage your own business while delivering outstanding beauty services. Applicants should be organised, professional, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

£40 daily rate

Discounted weekly rate for full time
