As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating those unforgettable first impressions—turning every room into a welcoming, comfortable, and spotless space that makes our guests say “wow.” With your eye for detail and commitment to high standards, you’ll ensure each guest feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming.
Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
