Role Overview:

This role is part of the Supply Chain function providing excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing environment. Our key focus as a business is delivering excellence in Science, to our Customers, within Operations our People and patients shaping the world around us to make it a cleaner and healthier place

Core Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team, to drive, delivery of excellent customer service and commercial business objectives.
Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions.
Manage and process import and export licences for API customer orders in line with Home Office regulations.
Communicate with Home Office on status of licences.
Communicate with your customer to ensure they provide a valid and in date operating licence, to allow fulfilment of the customer’s order.
Track and coordinate product supply for orders in the immediate 3 months.
Communicate to customer any delay to orders providing revised delivery timelines.
Receive and respond in a timely manner to customer queries. Liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
Manage customer complaints in line with the company process from escalating the complaint to our Quality department to resolution.
Support onboarding of new customers.
Attend customer business review meetings where required.
Work with our logistics partners to advise on orders due to dispatch in the coming month.

Qualifications:

Required

Strong IT skills.
Excellent organisation skills.
Strong administration skills.

Preferred

Knowledge and understanding of Sales, Customer Service, Export logistics and ERP systems.
