Ramen Chef Wanted - Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)

At: Yutori Sushi Ramen & Grill

Experience: 2+ years professional ramen experience

Type: Part-time, evenings & weekends

What We Need:

- Experienced Ramen Chef to join our sushi-led kitchen (we do small plates + specialty ramen)

- Must have hands-on experience making authentic/creative ramen bowls

- Knowledge of dashi, tare, broth-building, noodle technique a must

- Experience with Japanese ingredients, dietary adaptations (gluten-free, vegan options)

- Part-time = 20-30h/week.

Skills We Love:

- 2+ years ramen-specific experience

- Knife skills for proteins, veg prep

- Team player, fast-paced sushi environment

- Creative drive to help evolve our small ramen menu
