Adicare is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Assistant Recruitment Officer to help attract, recruit and onboard exceptional care professionals. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Need

Previous recruitment or administration experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

What You'll Do

Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Screen applications and arrange interviews.
Carry out pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation.
Coordinate onboarding for new starters.
Advertise vacancies and manage job postings.
Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
