As a Customer Events Assistant, you'll support the delivery of promotional campaigns and customer events, helping our clients connect with new customers while building your own skills in customer service, communication and sales.

Whether you're looking for your first professional opportunity or you're ready for a new challenge, you'll receive full training and ongoing support from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Every campaign is different, giving you the chance to work in a varied and fast-paced environment.

You'll be involved in:

Delivering a welcoming and engaging customer experience
Supporting promotional events and customer campaigns
Speaking with customers about products, services and current promotions
Building positive relationships through confident communication
Working closely with colleagues to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Developing your customer service and commercial skills through ongoing coaching
