Duties
- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, colours, blow-dries, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Perform specialised beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalised advice.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Assist with store management tasks such as stock organisation, cleanliness, and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering, colour techniques, or other specialised skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling techniques.
- Skills in store management, customer service, and effective communication are highly desirable.
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions and makeup application is advantageous.
- Ability to perform upselling tactfully while prioritising client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
- Organised with the capacity to manage multiple appointments efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £100.00-£958.10 per week
