Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: Egham, TW20
Salary: £13.70 per hour
Days: Monday- Friday; 05:30PM- 08:30PM

We currently have a fantastic vacancy for Part Time Evening Cleaning Operative at a site in Egham. We are looking for someone who is hard working, reliable and a good communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning different areas
Waste disposal
Replenishing cleaning supplies
Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience
Attention to detail and understanding of hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules

Essential

Experience as a work leader, team leader, or supervisor experience in a related field

Infection control knowledge

Experience of working in a healthcare environment.

Good working knowledge of health and safety issues.

Attention to detail

Knowledge of cleaning/hygiene COSHH procedures.

Desirable

Safety Culture skills

Guide the team and ensure department complies with legal and regulatory requirements such as CQC.

Support recruiting and monitoring team to retain and attract talent

Continuously inspects and audit assigned areas to ensure high-quality of cleaning and maintenance is being performed.

Committing to the continual implementing, monitoring, and improvement of Health and Safety, high standards and first-class standard

Arranging and delivering training to ensure compliance to the highest standards.

Maintains staffing levels by managing the rota to support daily operations and ensuring appropriate cross-coverage across shifts

Other duties as assigned.
