We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Community & Education Coordinator to support the growth of our practitioner community and educational programmes.
This role will be responsible for coordinating webinars, events, practitioner engagement activities, educational programmes and marketing communications. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for private healthcare practitioners, helping to ensure a professional, engaging and supportive experience across our education and community initiatives.

Hours
Full Time - 9-5.30pm (would consider part-time for exceptional candidate)
Office based with attendance at 2-3 events a year.
Salary
Dependent upon experience. In the region of £25-£26,000
Key Responsibilities
1. Practitioner Onboarding & Engagement
* Coordinate welcome communications and resources to onboarding practitioners
* Maintain practitioner records and engagement activities
* Respond to practitioner enquiries and support requests
* Help foster a positive and engaged practitioner community
- Support practitioner retention and relationship building
* Support onboarding of new practitioners
2. Educational Programme Support
* Support the administration of proprietary educational programmes including TestWise, CaseThink and InPractice and our website education hub
* Coordinate programme communications
* Manage registrations and participant information
* Maintenance of educational resources and materials library
* Support programme launches and ongoing development
3. Webinar & Event Coordination
* Coordinate practitioner webinars and online educational events
* Liaise with speakers and contributors
* Manage webinar scheduling and logistics
* Create registration pages and attendee communications
* Coordinate event reminders and follow-up communications
* Support live event delivery where required
4. Event Administration & Management
* Manage Eventbrite and related event platforms
* Maintain attendee registers
* Process event bookings, transfers and refunds
* Monitor event income and reporting
* Coordinate event logistics and supporting materials
* Support conference and exhibition attendance where required
5. Marketing Communications
* Coordinate monthly practitioner newsletters
* Assist with marketing campaigns and communications
* Schedule and publish social media content
* Support promotional activities for educational programmes and events
* Assist with practitioner-focused communications and engagement initiatives
6. Social Media Management
* Schedule and publish content across:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
* Monitor engagement and enquiries
* Support content planning and campaign implementation
* Assist with reporting on social media performance
7. Website & Digital Content
* Update website content and educational resources
* Upload blogs and educational materials
* Maintain event and programme information
* Support updates relating to new tests, services and practitioner resources
8. CRM & Reporting
* Support CRM administration and data management
* Maintain practitioner engagement records
* Assist with sales pipeline reporting
* Prepare monthly reports on practitioner activity, programme participation and engagement metrics
* Support reporting for management meetings
