We are expanding out extremely busy specialist staircasting and lift shaft departments in Workington. We have an opportunity for a Steel Fixer to support us in manufacturing quality bespoke precast concrete products.
Duties to include:
- Reading and following drawings;
- Hand tying rebar steel cages which sit inside the mould ad reinforce the concrete;
- Keeping all equipment and work area tidy to ensure a safe working environment.
Knowledge and experience of working with precast concrete is preferred however not essential.
Pay negotiable depending on experience.
