Role Overview

Account Manager

Glasgow region

Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover Glasgow, Scotland territory and reporting to the Operations Manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.

Key responsibilities/activities:

40 Meetings with clients per month this is to include new & existing clients
Upsell current service contracts to achieve significant improved margin
Stop/reduce cancellations to below 7%
Regular client review meetings (Teams and Face to face) where contractually obliged and with other customers to enhance relationship and service
Work with credit contract teams and operational leads to manage disputed debt
60 recoveries per annum, with target average billing value of +£1,900 per lift with an annual target of £114K
Sell 120 x Annual OTIS ONE & Subscriptions.
Responsible for T result for SBU circa £1M per annum.

What you will need to be successful:

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience.
You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
You are characterised by a high level of commitment and reliability towards your customers.
You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation
