Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and development of outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, ensuring the upkeep of gardens, parks, and other green areas. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in horticulture, construction, and equipment operation within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Assisting with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilising
- Operating hand tools such as spades, rakes, and secateurs to carry out gardening tasks
- Using power tools such as lawn mowers, strimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers
- Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency during operations
- Assisting with general site clean-up and debris removal to uphold safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining equipment and site safety standards
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, construction, and maintenance tasks
- Valid identification demonstrating eligibility to work in the UK

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
