We are looking for a Multimedia Designer / Junior Multimedia Designer to support our Branding and Marketing teams in delivering high-impact visual content across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strong exposure to performance-driven design.
What You’ll Do: Web & Conversion Design
- Design high-performance landing pages and web assets with a strong focus on user conversion.
- Create UI layouts and visual components aligned to performance marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise design output based on campaign performance data.
Digital Content & Campaign Assets
- Produce high-quality visual content for social media, paid campaigns, and the company website.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Support rapid content production cycles in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Motion & Multimedia
- Edit marketing videos and create motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Produce animations to support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Offline & Brand Support
- Design physical brand assets including merchandise, event materials, signage, and backdrops.
- Support marketing and events teams with environmental and experiential design requirements.
Brand Development
- Work closely with Branding and Marketing teams to refine and evolve BTCC’s visual identity.
- Contribute ideas to improve creative direction and visual consistency across channels.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, attention to detail, and layout proficiency.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of web design and conversion-focused UI principles.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience using AI design and generation tools (image and/or video) to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, timelines, and asset libraries.
- Ability to clearly present design concepts and align with stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion design and animation.
- Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or fintech design trends.
- Experience in video editing, photography, or event/product design.
Role Level & Progression
- Junior Level: Open to graduates or early-career designers with developing portfolios.
- Mid-Level: Candidates with stronger commercial experience and proven delivery across multiple formats.
