Job description

Midland Management Services Ltd are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team working on our site based Southam.

Working as part of the team to deliver an excellent administrative service, to assist with the management and control of an effective reactive and planned maintenance operation. To support all supervisors and managers to achieve the necessary service levels.

Duties will include, but are not be limited to:

· To oversee Maximo ensuring all job packs are scheduled and actioned in a timely manner and within contract measures.

· To ensure attention to detail and accuracy of works being recorded and closed down appropriately and within KPI.

· To correctly check data / information that is being passed back from the on-site engineers on Maximo systems and to make the necessary alterations where required.

· To answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.

· To carry out the necessary filing and provision of certification to certain job packs that require this, for example, gas safe certification and electrical certification.

· To contact on site engineers in a pro-active and approachable manner to ensure that key information is captured with regard to new, in progress and any outstanding job packs.

· To correctly file the relevant information to any job packs which are in a ‘Paper’ format.

· To understand the function of the client handheld device which the on-site engineers are using, and where possible provide advice on how to use these devices.

· To be commercially aware of any job packs which require cost input onto the Maximo system, and to liaise with the Supervisors to ensure the job pack is closed down correctly.

· To aid the Supervisors and Manager to produce weekly operational and any other suitable reports.

· To ensure all company and client security and fraud prevention systems and processes are adhered to at all times.

The post is inclusive of 25 days annual leave plus 5 days Statutory Holidays paid, company pension scheme.

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to be site based and as part of the role to gain and retain security clearance. All applicants must have the right to work in UK to be considered for the role.
