Groundsperson / Warehouse & Delivery Driver - Fochabers
Do you enjoy working in a hands-on role both indoors and outdoors? We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundsperson / Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team at Simpsons Garden Centre in Fochabers.

The Role...
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, including alternate weekend working.
This is a varied role where you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the site across warehouse, delivery and outdoor grounds maintenance duties. You’ll help ensure stock is received and organised correctly, customer deliveries are completed efficiently, and outdoor retail areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe
- Receiving deliveries and transporting stock to the correct storage areas
- Delivering products safely and efficiently to customers
- Maintaining cleanliness across the grounds and plant area, including removal of rubbish and weeds
- Liaising with stock control regarding deliveries and stock movement
- Supporting general warehouse organisation and housekeeping
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift licence essential
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and working outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
