Full job description

Tulloch of Cummingston, an award-winning house builder based in Moray, is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishing, has a good eye for detail, and can work efficiently across new-build housing projects. The right person will be reliable, tidy, and able to work well as part of a wider site team, while also helping to support and mentor apprentices as they develop their trade.

The Role:

Carry out internal and external painting and decorating on new-build homes
Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, caulking, priming and finishing
Apply paints, stains and finishes neatly and consistently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Support and mentor apprentices developing their skills in the trade
Work closely with site management and other trades to help keep projects running smoothly
Support a clean, safe and organised working environment
A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
