Full job description

We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

The main part of this role is helping us organise schedules, bookings, and day-to-day planning so things run smoothly. You’ll be working closely with different teams to make sure everything is properly arranged and nothing gets missed.

This is a fairly organised and routine role, so it suits someone who is good at staying on top of details and enjoys planning things ahead.

You don’t need a lot of experience for this position. If you’re comfortable using a computer, can communicate clearly, and like keeping things organised, you’ll be fine. Training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing:

Organising schedules and updating calendars

Booking and confirming appointments or tasks

Making sure teams are aware of daily plans

Updating spreadsheets and internal systems

Following up on changes or rescheduling when needed

Helping keep track of deadlines and time-sensitive tasks

Communicating with team members to keep everything aligned

What we’re looking for:

Good organisational skills

Comfortable with basic computer use (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Able to manage multiple tasks at once

Reliable and detail-focused

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
