Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager and Supervisor to support the manager building sales and oversee retail operations. The Hangar is the go to activity place to be and offers Mini Golf, Axe Throwing , Interactive Darts and much more. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and team supervision. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to drive business growth. The position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to organisational success while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share
Oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and customer service standards
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional development
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, staffing, and maintaining organisational records
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to promote brand loyalty
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
Utilise excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
Organise promotional activities and events to boost sales engagement

Experience

Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervising responsibilities
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
Experience in sales management, including developing strategies and analysing performance data
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Background in merchandising, administrative tasks, and team management is preferred
Previous experience in retail management or related fields will be considered an advantage
Proven ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service
