Coffee Shop ManagerJoin Our Team

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and inspiring Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Coffee Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring every shift operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
Key-holder
Creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers receive exceptional service every time.
Managing staff rotas, holidays and labour costs.
Recruiting, training and coaching new team members.
Monitoring stock levels, placing orders and reducing waste.
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are always met.
Managing daily cash handling, banking and reporting.
Driving sales through excellent customer engagement and local marketing initiatives.
Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving issues quickly.
Working closely with senior management to achieve business targets and continually improve performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who leads by example and enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

Previous management or supervisory experience within a coffee shop, café, hospitality or retail environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confidence managing busy service periods and solving problems under pressure.
Experience with stock control, ordering and managing costs.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts when required.
