Maxearn Ltd is a parallel import company; Quadrant Pharmaceuticals Limited is a licensing company; Eaststone Ltd is a Specials manufacturing company.
Job Description
Working as part of a small team, proactively handling customer accounts. Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately & efficiently, whilst performing a wide range of administrative duties to a high standard.
Continually seeking for areas of improvement & ways to which offer superior customer service, ensuring that these complement the management of Eaststone in an efficient, effective and professional manner at all times.
Daily Activities
- Acknowledge and confirm all customer orders
- Dealing with all product/general enquiries & responding within current SLA
- Responding to incoming calls & emails
- Document & process customer returns, complaints & follow correct procedures through to resolution. Escalate appropriately where required
- Log any credit requests and liaise with the Finance department through to completion
- Liaising with the Dispatch Team & Production Team daily to ensure that all customers’ expectations are met
- Liaising with the Finance Team & Head of Customer Service & Sales to calculate bespoke/new customer pricing
- Ensure all deliveries are managed thoroughly throughout the day for any issues and are reported accordingly
- Ensure any product issues are communicated through the correct channels & resolved as a matter of urgency
- General office/adhoc duties including assisting the management team with any additional activities
- Maintain internal database with daily actions/activities
- Maintenance of core department database/spreadsheets
- Assist the Dispatch Team with core activities as and when required
- General clerical duties including archiving
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Experience Required:
- Experience in a customer service, customer support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
Pay: £24,785.00-£26,000.00 per year
