The role

Ready to deliver the best patient care from the heart of our store? If your answer is yes, as a qualified Dispensing Optician Manager, you could be a role model playing a key part in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere, and an outstanding store environment for our customers and industry-leading team.

Based in Ellesmere Port, town in Cheshire.

We have a wonderful team of almost 50 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys. You must have excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and be a great team worker.
