Bar & Venue Supervisor (Customer Experience & Operations Led )

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Haus of Fun is a high-energy bar and events venue delivering ticketed experiences, group bookings, and unforgettable weekends. We’re looking for a confident, organised Weekend Bar & Venue Supervisor to act as a Duty Manager — helping run the venue, lead service, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and takes pride in high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Operations Manager in running the venue during peak weekend service
Lead the floor and bar team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service
Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
Be the main point of contact for guests during events and private bookings
Make sure customers receive everything included in their booking or ticket package (entry, seating, drinks upgrades, party extras, etc.)
Handle guest queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Keep service flowing smoothly between bar staff, hosts, and performers
Maintain atmosphere, presentation, and operational standards throughout the night
Assist with opening/closing and end-of-night checks

Important Note

This is a Venue Supervisor/Duty Manager role — not a sit-down job.
You’ll be hands-on, visible, and leading from the floor to keep standards high and guests happy.

Hours & Pay

16 hours per week
Weekends only (Friday/Saturday peak shifts)
£16 per hour
Performance bonus available based on service and event delivery
Reviews every 6 months with progression opportunities and an opportunity for a wage increase.

Supervisory or shift-leading background preferred
Confident, calm, and organised under pressure
High attention to detail and pride in venue standards
Friendly, guest-first attitude with leadership presence
