Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Casual Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a well-organized and spotless workplace.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal in designated areas
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to ensure high standards of hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other high-traffic zones
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Support team members with additional cleaning duties as needed to ensure a consistently clean environment

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional settings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
